Truetask runs on any system that supports Docker Compose — Linux, macOS, or Windows. Minimum 2GB RAM and 10GB disk space. No external database or runtime required.

Run the one-line installer from the Client Portal. It pulls the Docker images, runs the setup wizard, and starts all services. The full process takes under 5 minutes.

Yes. After the initial download, Truetask runs entirely offline. No CDNs, no external APIs, no web fonts, no telemetry. It is designed for air-gapped and classified environments.

Download the latest release from the Client Portal and run the update script. Your data is preserved automatically. Updates are included for one year from your purchase date.

Truetask uses a perpetual license model. You pay once and own the software forever. No subscriptions, no recurring fees. Each license covers one production deployment.

Teams includes core project management features. Pro adds Active Directory/LDAP, OAuth/SSO, REST API, and webhooks. Enterprise adds audit logging, compliance exports, AI features, and S3 storage.

You keep using the last version you received — indefinitely. Your license never expires. You can optionally renew at a reduced rate to get another year of updates.
